2. A refundable deposit of Rs. 500 for the ONU is applicable in addition to the above charges.
3. All equipment installed at the customer's premises remains the property of SAJILONET PVT. LTD.
4. The above-mentioned plans are intended for residential use only and must not be used for commercial or business purposes.
5. All internet package prices include the Telecommunication Service Charge, Basic Support Service Charge, and Infrastructure Charge.
6. Customer support includes 24×7 telephone support services.
